Accounting

From annual accounts to day-to-day bookkeeping — the financial foundation every business needs to operate, stay compliant, and actually understand how it's performing.

Accounting

Accurate, up-to-date accounts aren’t just a legal obligation — they’re how you know whether your business is doing what you think it’s doing.

Annual accounts and compliance

We prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, and landlords — filed to the standard required by HMRC and Companies House, with commentary on what the numbers actually mean for your business. Whether you’re a one-person operation or a small team, we’ll handle the year-end without it becoming a disruption.

Bookkeeping and management accounts

For businesses that want more than an annual snapshot, we can support with ongoing bookkeeping and regular management accounts — monthly or quarterly figures that show revenue, costs, margins, and cash position in real time. If you’re making decisions about hiring, pricing, or investment, you need current numbers, not last year’s.

Xero and cloud accounting

We’re a Xero Gold Partner. For most of our clients, Xero is the accounting platform we recommend — and we can set it up, train your team, and integrate tools like Dext to reduce manual data entry. If you’re already on a different platform, we can work with that too.

Good accounting doesn’t just keep you compliant — it gives you the numbers to run your business better. If you’d like to talk through what that looks like in practice, get in touch.

The calculation, as it […]
