Coronavirus [COVID-19] – FAQ’s for Employers

Many of the calls I’ve had over the past week have been from employers looking to know what they can do to lessen the impact of Coronavorus on their staff and their business. Much of what is happening at the minute is unprecedented and, to that end, the answers to some questions are not fully clear. With many business (in particular in the hospitality sector) having to pull the shutters for the time being, this leaves many unkowns for staff. To that end, Aine Crilly from The HR Elephant has put together this guide to answer lots of these questions as best they can be answered. If this guide can be of use to you or someone you know, please share it. Additionally, both Aine and I are fielding questions from any and all employers to help as best we can.
