Coronavirus [COVID-19] – FAQ’s for Employers

Many of the calls I’ve had over the past week have been from employers looking to know what they can do to lessen the impact of Coronavorus on their staff and their business. Much of what is happening at the minute is unprecedented and, to that end, the answers to some questions are not fully clear. With many business (in particular in the hospitality sector) having to pull the shutters for the time being, this leaves many unkowns for staff. For businesses trying to stay open and facilitate working from home there are as many questions.

To that end, Aine Crilly from The HR Elephant has put together this guide to answer lots of these questions as best they can be answered.
